Trail run is an awesome, fun and awesomely fun way to workout, feel the fresh air and cool green shade and run like hell. An amazing addition to your workout regime. Staying fit does not mean repeating the same set of exercises or running in circles. Trail run helps you break free from this monotony and energies your workouts.
The Run Start from the ISR/ jumping gorilla campus and into the wilderness. With variation in route that will challenge you with nice surprises in between.
