Marathon Training For SCMM -Mumbai 2016

AS MORE AND MORE RUNNERS TURN TO THE MARATHON TO PROVE THEIR RUNNING METTLE, A SENSIBLE MARATHON TRAINING SCHEDULE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER FOR BUILDING SAFELY TO PEAK PERFORMANCE.

Here in series of post i will explain the ways to train for marathon, the planning and the right execution of it.

I have been running as a competitive athlete for the past 10 yrs and training over the years I have come to develop a combination of workout technique along with the right nutrition to maximize race day performance and reduce injuries.

I’ll focus on

  • Long distance strength training.
  • Core strengthing
  • Speed and endurance
  • How to maintain your Running posture.
  • Conditioning for proper recovery.
  • And the most important Goal setting

So for the next 30 days a training schedule every day till the Standard Charter Mumbai marathon 2016  to get in the optimum shape and running condition.
